All purchases are final. Challenge fees are classified as non-refundable digital services. There are no refunds once access is granted.

4. No Guarantee of Funding
Passing a simulation does not constitute eligibility for capital distribution or financial contract

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

6. Limitation of Liability
Silicon Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

7. Arbitration and Jurisdiction
All disputes must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the commercial laws of St. Vincent & The Grenadines. No class actions or criminal proceedings are permitted.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive behavior.
