Any market data provided may be delayed, aggregated, or sourced from third parties. QTF does not guarantee data accuracy or availability.

6) Platform, Technology & Availability Risks

Use of the website and services may be affected by:

  • server outages, maintenance, downtime, or cyber incidents,

  • API disruptions, third-party software failures,

  • device/network issues on the user side.

QTF does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for losses or decisions arising from technical disruptions.

7) Crypto & Payment Risks (Third-Party Processing)

Where cryptocurrency or fiat payments are accepted for access to digital evaluation licenses:

  • crypto transactions may be irreversible and final,

  • network congestion, delays, incorrect addresses, or wrong networks may result in permanent loss,

  • payment processing and conversion (if applicable) may be handled by third-party providers, each with their own terms and risk profiles.

QTF is not responsible for third-party payment failures, network issues, or user errors.

8) Fees, Digital Delivery, and Refund Position
